0W-16 is used in select Toyota, Honda, and other fuel-efficient vehicles designed for ultra-low viscosity oil. It is NOT backward compatible with 0W-20 or other viscosities. Only use 0W-16 if your owner's manual specifically calls for it.
ILSAC GF-6B is specifically for 0W-16 viscosity oils and is NOT interchangeable with GF-6A oils. GF-6B oils like this 0W-16 should only be used where 0W-16 is specifically called for by the manufacturer.
